They were able to service our heat problem the same day. The technician was knowledgeable and quickly restored heat to our home!
The were awesome, they were very professional, curious and knowledgeable. I Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM . Shawn, Anthony and Jesus were awesome. They started late in the day but didn’t give up with the tough job they had until they were satisfied with their job. Came back the next day for another issue and they were great and cleaned up afterwards. Great job. God Bless you.
Shout out to Joe, he was very knowledgeable, prompt and polite. Showed me the problem and explained things well to my understanding. I will be calling again when I need any work done. Also, the office was very helpful and nice. To the owner, well done., you should be proud of your team .
I wanted to let the leadership at ProWorks know that. Two of your employees have done a great job on the maintenance issue (condensation drain) and were very professional and friendly while they did their work. These two young men are excellent representatives of your company.

Was having trouble with my heat pump called Pro Works. They came right out assessed the problem ordered the parts, and repaired the unit. Could not have asked for better customer service. Also a shout out to Chad a very knowledgeable and courteous employee.
I can not say enough about Pro Works Service and the Individual service experts in their field. I had two separate issues I needed help with and "Dawn" made sure that I was taken care of in an immediate fashion. She was also very helpful, friendly and personable. Brian called on my home that same day for an Electrical issue with a Generator. He was extremely patient and helpful, friendly and made sure I understood completely. Ryan Jones also called on my home with a plumbing issue and was the same; very helpful, considerate and very personable. He also took care in making sure everything was completed and that I understood completely.

Recently relocated to the area. Know absolutely no one! Bought a house and wouldn't you know, have a leaking toilet. In shopping for service, this was my second call. Obviously, the 1st had not gone to my satisfaction. Right out of the gate, I am impressed with the gal who answered the phone. She was professional, polite, clear spoken and intuitive to my needs. She set me at ease right away, and was able to arrange for the service to take place same day. 2 gentlemen arrived when expected, put covers covers on their shoes (boy howdy, I do appreciate that!) and proceeded to take care of the issue. I feel that I was charged reasonably for their service and will definitely use them in the future. Great job.
I want to share my extraordinary experience with two of your services technicians, Liam on the plumbing side and Nate on the HVAC side. As a single working mother, I rely heavily on, and have no choice but to trust the vendors I choose to help me keep my home in good working order. I moved Ocean View from DC and asked neighbors for recommendations for service vendors. I'm so grateful they recommended ProWorks! Nate and Liam are professional, smart, kind, attentive and provide excellent service. They know their stuff! I don't know that I've ever said I trust my plumber or HVAC technicians. I can say with confidence that I trust Nate and Liam. They both have gone above and beyond to ensure my questions are answered, to explain what they are doing and why. ProWorks is lucky to have these gentlemen on your staff. And while I'm at it, Stacey and Tammy have been great to work with on the phone! Thank you for running a company I feel I can trust and thank you for sending Nate and Liam to help me maintain my home. I wish all businesses were run like this.
Called on a Tuesday and they came out the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and solution which was done within 2 hours. Excellent work installing panel through the wall in order to allow easy access if a problem ever occurs in the future. Very happy with overall workmanship and responsiveness. Will recommend to our neighbors.
