Recently relocated to the area. Know absolutely no one! Bought a house and wouldn't you know, have a leaking toilet. In shopping for service, this was my second call. Obviously, the 1st had not gone to my satisfaction. Right out of the gate, I am impressed with the gal who answered the phone. She was professional, polite, clear spoken and intuitive to my needs. She set me at ease right away, and was able to arrange for the service to take place same day. 2 gentlemen arrived when expected, put covers covers on their shoes (boy howdy, I do appreciate that!) and proceeded to take care of the issue. I feel that I was charged reasonably for their service and will definitely use them in the future. Great job.
I want to share my extraordinary experience with two of your services technicians, Liam on the plumbing side and Nate on the HVAC side. As a single working mother, I rely heavily on, and have no choice but to trust the vendors I choose to help me keep my home in good working order. I moved Ocean View from DC and asked neighbors for recommendations for service vendors. I'm so grateful they recommended ProWorks! Nate and Liam are professional, smart, kind, attentive and provide excellent service. They know their stuff! I don't know that I've ever said I trust my plumber or HVAC technicians. I can say with confidence that I trust Nate and Liam. They both have gone above and beyond to ensure my questions are answered, to explain what they are doing and why. ProWorks is lucky to have these gentlemen on your staff. And while I'm at it, Stacey and Tammy have been great to work with on the phone! Thank you for running a company I feel I can trust and thank you for sending Nate and Liam to help me maintain my home. I wish all businesses were run like this.
Called on a Tuesday and they came out the next day. Quickly diagnosed the problem and solution which was done within 2 hours. Excellent work installing panel through the wall in order to allow easy access if a problem ever occurs in the future. Very happy with overall workmanship and responsiveness. Will recommend to our neighbors.
I have no regrets about going to Pro Works when I needed a new HVAC system and water heater. The crew was great and sometimes small problems occur even with new equipment but when I called they responded within a few hours and took care of the problem. The office staff is great at getting you taken of. I can’t say enough of good things about this company. I would highly recommend them.
We were always satisfied with Chad, our HVAC contact at ProWorks. He is always courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. When we had an outdoor plumbing issue, we decided to contact ProWorks. Liam showed up and in the pouring rain tried to find the leak. He couldn't find it so he brought Zach, his supervisor, back with him to our home the next day. They both worked tirelessly to find the leak. They ran several tests to try to find it. Although they didn't find the leak, both my husband and I, appreciated their effort.
As a new homeowner in the area, I called Pro Works after having a poor experience with another local company. Ken and Nate called when they were on the way, and were extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of my split HVAC system. They not only provided a cleaning, inspection and evaluation, they also took the time to answer all of my questions. If you want a trusted HVAC partner, don't be fooled by inexpensive service plans and offers of "free diagnostics" - CALL PRO WORKS.

Chad in the Ocean View, DE service center has been excellent and above and beyond with his on time routine and emergency service.
