As a new homeowner in the area, I called Pro Works after having a poor experience with another local company. Ken and Nate called when they were on the way, and were extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of my split HVAC system. They not only provided a cleaning, inspection and evaluation, they also took the time to answer all of my questions. If you want a trusted HVAC partner, don't be fooled by inexpensive service plans and offers of "free diagnostics" - CALL PRO WORKS.
Pro Works came the same day I called them!
The tech Zack was super helpful; answered all our questions and fixed the issue!!

We have been using Pro Works for the last 6 years for our HVAC service maintenance. Chad in the Ocean View, DE service center has been excellent and above and beyond with his on time routine and emergency service. Becky in the office is always friendly and very helpful in accommodating our schedule preferences. I highly recommend Chad and Pro Works for your HVAC maintenance!!

So our oil heater once again had issues with turning on. (Ugh) We had used Pro Works about 5 years back they replaced a part on our heater and serviced it. With money tight we neglected our heaters required yearly service. So of course it wouldn’t turn on. I call Pro Works at 7:47AM on a Monday morning and Brandi says we will have someone out between 8:00AM & 9:00AM. Wow! Yes I was impressed once again with their quick response time on service. Needless to say they showed up on time and the service professionals Chris & Mike went to work. Best part for me is that Chris remembered being here 5 years ago. This made my husband and myself very reassured that a company that can retain and keep good skilled & knowledgeable employees and keep providing prompt excellent service is the company that we will make the first call to. So reassured we purchased a yearly maintenance service contract. Thank you!
So often we hear the negative and in this crazy world especially I thought it would be great to hear positive. On Friday I called for plumbing service, and you were there within 5 hours at my house in Ocean View, DE. I immediately decided I would try you for my rental communities. Well on Monday I needed service on my HVAC in Smyrna and you were there quicker than I anticipated. 2 awesome services calls! Thank you for outstanding service!
I just wanted to thank you for the installation of a gas line to my family's new fire pit. Every single person that I dealt with during the process was friendly and professional. From the office staff to the plumbers (Josh and Bob) who came out and did the installation, the experience was great. I especially appreciated Bob coming back out to my home to complete the final hookup of the gas line to my burner tray. He's a great plumber, a good guy and a terrific representative for your company! I will definitely consider ProWorks for all future projects and recommend your company to both family and friends.

There was a gentleman wearing one of your shirts with his wife at the ice cream shop by the Pine Tree Campsite. I would like to address this letter to him. If you could be so kind to see that he gets it, I would be grateful.
I am the grandmother of the two girls you bought the ice cream for. You had overheard our conversation about them needing to decide if they wanted to buy ice cream with their money here, or wait and spend it at Knoebel's Grove. I had given them money for our vacation to spend as they chose in hopes of teaching them to make wise choices with it.
They were blown away by your kindness. They kept saylng, "I can't believe he would do that; he doesn't even know us." So, instead of learning about spending wisely, they learned about going above and beyond to bless someone--even a total stranger.
So, thank you so much! We have a permanent site at Pine Tree and should we ever be in need of your service, we will definitely give you a call!

I just wanted to extend our sincere thanks to the crew from ProWorks who came to our aid late Friday when our community water main broke. They worked tirelessly until the wee hours to find and fix the pipe and restore the water to our community. My husband and I have called upon ProWorks for emergency HVAC services in the past, and we have never been disappointed.
